To keep your body prepared for the high demands of surfing, you can add on one of our yoga packages. On our sea-facing roof terrace, enjoy a yoga class designed for surfers, with Seren our certified yoga teacher.
Most professional surfers frequently practice yoga to improve their performance and general wellness. Yoga builds strength, flexibility and balance whilst helping to prevent injury. It improves focus, eliminates anxiety and increases lung capacity through breath work. Our classes focus on building core strength and opening hips and shoulders which are problem areas for surfers and to offer restorative stretching after surf sessions.
No experience of yoga is required, Seren will guide beginners and offer adjustments, as well as giving variations for more advanced students.
