Most professional surfers frequently practice yoga to improve their performance and general flexibility. Beside of flexibility, Yoga builds strength and balance whilst helping to prevent to get insured. It improves focus and positive mindset, eliminates anxiety and increases lung capacity through breath work. The regular classes begin with a dynamic flow, to warm up the body and ends with long deep stretch, to restore body and mind.
No experience of yoga is required, Kathrin will guide beginners and offer adjustments, as well as giving variations for more advanced students.
